For one portion -2 eggs -1 1/2 cup of tea olive oil -1 spoonful of mustard in powder -2 spoonful of soup lemon juice or vinaigrette from white wine -salt, white pepper Preparation -You throw the eggs in a bowl of glass, along with salt and pepper and mix them well with a fork. -While you are mixing at medium speed. you add olive oil little by little, letting it flow constantly, by forming a ''cordon . -When your sauce is done you pour lemon juice or vinaigrette, continue mixing at always medium speed. -You taste sauce and if needed. you still throw some lemon or salt and pepper. You put mayonnaise in a bowl with cup and keep it in the fridge, until you use it.
