Pastry Mass For Frying

for 1-2 times o/f frying -2 cups of tea of lour for all uses 1 1/2 cup of tea water or milk -1 egg -salt -You weight your ingredients by concentrating them on the table of kitchen -You knead the flour in a deep bowl, and you trace with a knife a gap in the center of it. -You throw the egg in the bowl, in the gap where you traced flour with knife and add salt. -Finally you add some water or milk and start to mix with a fork. Your mass must be soft and medium, namely not very sticky.
